Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. We recommend declaring packages as “Returned Goods” if sending back items to potentially reduce fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your activewear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All accessories (caps, hats, fitness accessories)
- Underwear and swimwear (if applicable)
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Return an Item

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
